REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy:

Once money is added to a user's account on Classic Wicket, it becomes non-refundable and is intended for use in participating in leagues or competitions hosted by the website.

Confirmed transactions initiated by Classic Wicket are irreversible, and users cannot initiate reversals. However, users have the option to cancel a transaction and request reimbursement under certain conditions at the discretion of Classic Wicket. To initiate a cancellation and reimbursement request, users must send a written request from their registered email address. For transactions related to the paid version(s) of the contest(s), the request must be received at least 2 days before the start of the relevant round.

Upon deducting cancellation fees and taxes, Classic Wicket reserves the right to reimburse the transaction amount to the user at its sole discretion. The estimated refund processing period is 5-7 business days. Users are advised to familiarize themselves with additional terms and conditions that may impact transactions during processing.

In instances where the clauses in the additional terms and conditions of a transaction conflict with those on Classic Wicket, the additional terms and conditions will prevail. Refunds are applicable only to money used for contest entry and will be credited to the source in the Classic Wicket User Account.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Procedure

To cancel a transaction and request reimbursement, users must follow these steps:

  • Send a written request from the registered email address.
  • For transactions related to paid versions of contests, ensure the request is submitted at least 2 days before the start of the relevant round.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of a valid reimbursement request, Classic Wicket will:

  • Deduct cancellation fees and taxes as applicable.
  • Reimburse the remaining transaction amount to the user at its sole discretion.
  • Commence the refund processing, with an estimated period of 5-7 business days.
